Place the reciver of phone up to the Smart Diagnosis™ logo, and press 'Water' button for 3 seconds. Sound for diagnosis will continue for seconds.
Step 3
Customer Center or LG Samrt Laundry App will identify and guide the solution.

What if my items are damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered?
